What is the dress code for your wedding?

Dress code is cocktail attire. We’d love to see our family and friends dress up with us!

Are children welcome?

While we love your little ones, we have decided to keep our wedding a mostly adult occasion with some exceptions like the children of immediate family/bridal party and those traveling from a long distance. If you have a question as to whether your kids will receive the invite prior to receiving your wedding invitation, please reach out to Sarah or Mathew.

Will there be vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free food options?

Food service will be heavy hors d’oeuvres. The vegetarian options will include caprese salad skewers and the gluten free options will be all of our options minus the bread. If anyone will need vegan options, please reach out.

Can I bring a date?

Due to limited funds, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be on your wedding invitation. Please reach out to Mat and Sarah if you have questions about this prior to receiving your invitation.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive 10-15min before the 6:30PM ceremony to park and find your seat.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes, the drinks are on us — get ready to celebrate! Please drink responsibly & have a ride home arranged if you plan on drinking. We want all of our guests to get home safe. We have hired U-Ride to take you from The Springs to downtown Tulsa at the end of the night, and for guests staying at the Osage Hotel & Casino the hotel provides a shuttle service for guests staying at the hotel.

Can I go ahead and RSVP on the website or do I need to wait for the invitation?

Yes. Please go ahead and use the RSVP link when you receive the save the date. We would love for you to RSVP here as soon as you know if you will be able to join us or not.

What if I don’t RSVP in time?

If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided on the invitation, you will be marked as a “No”. We will miss celebrating with you. However, we have to provide a final guest count to the vendors by the time frame given. Thank you for understanding.
